The woman in red is only partly seen, her figure blurred as though already in motion, yet the pillars behind her remain—grounded, eternal. Behind The Lens

It was just past blue hour when I stood at the foot of the Met, looking up. The columns felt almost too grand to photograph—until she stepped into frame. I didn’t call her, didn’t direct her. She was already leaving. The elegance of her red dress, the blur of her movement against the immovable stone—it was exactly what I hadn’t planned. In that contrast, there was something quietly cinematic. I clicked once. She was gone.
